About us

Centros Unico is one of most successful franchises in advanced and medical aesthetic treatments. The company's vision is to create a customer experience on a level with the best clinics and offer it at prices most people can afford. Centros Unico's philosophy changed the aesthetics industry in Spain we now have more than one 140 centres there.

Our business base is formed from the most asked-for treatment in the UK, Laser Hair Removal. We hire the latest medical equipment, operated by specialist therapists. This allows us an affordable prices policy with a level of quality unavailable to the competition. We also offer a range of other facial and body treatments including medical aesthetic treatments delivered exclusively by our team of doctors.

Almost all of our franchisees across the business have multiple stores, which speaks volumes about the experience as a Centros Unico franchisee. We intend to have more than 50 stores in the UK and are actively looking for franchisees, or business partners as we prefer to think of them, to grow with us.

Franchises were initially offered in the UK in 2013 and there are now 8 franchised stores, all operating in major shopping centres across the country.

Store locations are also reserved for Intu Merryhill, Birmingham Bullring, Liverpool One and Hammersmith Broadway.

We are looking for like-minded business partners to grow the business at the following locations:

The franchise package

Initial support

Our initial support to a franchisee includes:

• The right to use Lumenis lasers under a rental agreement. This is unique to Centros Unico and has many benefits, including saving on the need to finance £60,000 per laser.
• Market research on suitable shop locations in the franchisees area.
• Search for, and negotiation of, the contract for a prestige shop location.
• Search and recruitment for all the qualified staff required for the opening of the store.
• A starter pack of products and consumables.
• The store design for the selected store.
• One week’s training for all staff and franchisee.
• Up to one month of onsite training with an experienced manager.

Ongoing support

We offer a constant and very high level of ongoing support to franchisees, including:

• Full support on all aspects of Marketing
• Ongoing sales and technical training for all staff
• Help with Search and Recruitment of new staff members
• Initial and ongoing training for all additional staff
• 7 days-a-week helpline.

Recruitment & Training support 

We undertake a careful recruitment process for our therapists and managers to make sure our staff are highly qualified. All therapists must have NVQ Level 3 as a minimum requirement. Experiences in retail and customer service are also a must. Initial training and monthly training takes place in our office. In-store ongoing support ensures the quality of our service and tunes the sales ability of all staff.

Sales and Marketing support

We deliver a full package of sales and marketing support to help engage your customers and improve your market presence. The package includes print advertising, online advertising, social media, POSM, PR, and 24 hour customer care and service.
